Most domestic treehouses fall under permitted development, but rules vary by height, boundary distance and local authority. We'll flag anything that needs checking during your discovery call.
How long does a typical build take?
Most family treehouses take 4–8 weeks from design sign-off to handover, depending on scale and site access. School and commercial projects are scheduled around term dates and site availability.
What budgets do you usually work with?
Projects typically start around £10k for a family treehouse and scale up from there for larger adventure areas, bridges or commercial builds — we'll always give you a clear estimate before you commit.
Can you work with schools during term time?
Yes — we plan installation around your school calendar, usually during holidays or weekends, and keep the site secure and disruption-free throughout.
